Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments, fee processing 2%. This deposit will be credited toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and integrated electronic payments. Remaining balances must be paid in full upon completion of the service.
Style Changes: Please select the exact style, length, and size you desire when booking. Style downgrades or major changes cannot always be accommodated on the day of the appointment due to tight scheduling.
On-Time Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period.
Late Fees & Cancellations: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a late fee or the cancellation of your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent clients. If canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.
Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
Rescheduling: You may transfer your deposit to a new date one time if the change is made at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made under 48 hours or “No-Shows” will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 50% of the remaining service balance. Future booking privileges may also be restricted.
Unless you have booked a specific, add-on wash and blow-dry service, please arrive with your hair:
Clean, freshly washed, and completely free of heavy oils, greases, or leave-in products.
Blown out straight and detangled from root to tip.
If your hair requires extensive detangling or prep work upon arrival, an additional prep fee may apply, or your service may need to be rescheduled.
Exclusive Experience: To maintain a serene, high-end environment and maximize space efficiency, no extra guests or children are permitted in the styling area unless they are actively receiving a service.
Child Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and strictly supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon. For safety and liability reasons, unsupervised children cannot be left in the waiting or styling areas.
Service Age: We welcome clients of all ages who can safely and comfortably sit through the duration of their braiding service. Our service pricing remains the same for all age.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please thoroughly inspect your braids before leaving the salon.
If you require any adjustments to the tension, length, or styling, please let your stylist know before you leave. Minor adjustments can be made within 24 hours of your appointment at no extra cost, provided the style has been properly maintained. No refunds are issued for completed services.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (cough, fever, head lice, etc.), please contact us immediately to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying contagious conditions of the scalp or skin for the safety of our staff and clientele.
Premium Hair Included: To guarantee the highest quality outcome, high-quality braiding hair is automatically provided for all standard installation services. Please specify your desired hair color in the notes section when booking. Please, note that our human hair is not included in the service pricing.
Client-Provided Hair: You are welcome to bring your own preferred brand of hair if you choose; however, please note that our service pricing remains flat and will not be discounted if you provide your own hair.
