Appointment

The QueenStyle is the ultimate salon for African-American hairstyles.

Your appointment is very important to the professional team at The QueenStyle. We keep your appointment for you and ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Due to requests from other clients on the waiting list, our stylists may adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate them.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or failure to keep an appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. All customers must have a credit card in our encrypted system to book appointments. By booking an appointment with your credit card, you accept these conditions.

– Pay $25 deposit 

– If you do not pay the deposit, pay the full amount of the service.

– For emergencies outside working hours, a surcharge of $30 will be applied.

 Please call us on the phone or via our facebook and google chat for any emergency.

We ask that you DO NOT come to the salon if you have recently been exposed to Covid, are showing symptoms or have tested positive! Please call the show for reprogramming options.

Deposits are non-refundable to the client.

A $25 service charge will be applied to any appointment not kept or cancelled within 24 hours of the consultation.

Product returns – During the Covid 19 era, product returns are not permitted and all sales are final.

Hair extensions – We sell certain hair extensions, so if you’d like a particular model, you can bring it in for fitting.

When you want to get hair braiding only, No wash. Please, be ready. Take your hair down, wash it, and blow dry before to come.

If you are allergic to certain products or ingredients, please provide your appropriate products to your hair: gel, grease, pomade and spray. And please notify us of this at the reception.

No money refund after getting hair braiding. Before to leave the shop, make sure to let us know if you have a question about your style.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thequeenstylehair.com and send your item to: 2874 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80207, USA

Gifts cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2874 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80207, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
